Choctaw Culture is filled with a rich, oral history that reflects our values and unique worldview. One such story, tells of Fvni Lusa, the Black Squirrel who tries to eat the sun, thus causing a solar eclipse.
Join us at the Cultural Center on April 8th from 10:00AM-4:00PM as we attempt to scare Fvni Lusa away and prevent the sun from being eaten! The Choctaw Cultural Center is dedicated to sharing and promoting the culture of the Chahta Vlheha.
Registration is required for this event. Each guest who registers will receive a kit with unique and branded items such as eclipse glasses, t-shirt, and noise makers. This event will be limited to the first 300 that sign up. Reserve now as slots will fill up quickly!
